CANROMEX is a Mexican engineering company that develops projects key-in-hand in Latin America. CANROMEX works within four project areas: Alternative energy, Power efficiency, Environment and Water. The company was founded in 2006 by Canadian ex diplomat Robert Langlois, CANROMEX initiated its operations using biogas coming from solid urban waste and mining projects making this the first biogas-to-energy landfill project in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. Between 2006 and 2009, CANROMEX added other six projects from municipal landfills.
In 2009 the company began expanding into other areas offering additional services and engineering key-in-hand in the areas of power efficiency project solutions to the decontamination of the environment, as well as high-tech in water purification and sewage treatment.
